1 minute go LIVE and take 5 deep breaths at the beginning!

Sex

Take 10 deep breaths while massaging your chest/heart and be present with how that makes you feel!

Alcohol

Hug a human or pillow for 20 seconds, then WRITE DOWN why you wanted to drink last time you had an urge. Write down something you are grateful for!

Pets

Ask permission then pet a new animal each day! If you own a pet, spend 5 minutes just enjoying their peace.

Relationships

Walk outside and rub your fingertips and take 5 minutes focusing on happy thoughts, meditation, or prayer.

Self-Talk

Engage in mirror, meditation for self-love and positive self-talk.

Medicine

5 Deep Breaths. What went right? What went wrong? What can I do differently? Burn (safely!) the what went wrong part of the paper!

Art

Pencil and Paper, create a piece of art in 5 minutes each day. Draw, write a poem, lyrics, or a story. Share it publicly!
