How does someone currently struggling in life continue to grow? If you don't know what to research or learn, it is impossible to learn. Everyone deserves to be financially free and has a duty to be the best being possible. We want to give free information to the world, so we can all grow into perfection.
Each episode solves a problem with 3 guests that have simple tips to help us beings grow healthier.  You will learn 3 tips that you can easily use to grow healthier, in one of the 6 aspects of health. 
I am Austin and own ARM Brands. I have founded over 30 startups and continually own and operate 20 of them. From liquor to events, marketing to consulting, I have expertise in many, many industries. Now, I want to give away all my knowledge to the world. I want to watch people learn and grow and achieve their Joy.
I purposefully use "R" instead of "are" because I want it to represent simplicity, introductory, and a casual show. We will keep it from information too "over the head" with specific expert guests. The point is so anyone, anywhere can learn and implement these simple tools, no matter their knowledge o nthe subject.
I am not some branding guru trying to build a podcast for likes, shares and follows. 
I want to give simple tips for anyone, anywhere to implement and grow as a person.

This isn't for big name celebrities or overly rich people to try to motivate you or tell you their random story. 

There is too much information in this world that doesn't work for you or is simply hyperbole by some tiktoker wanting more likes. We aim to fix that!

I believe everyone has something they can share that millions can benefit from.

In 2012, I introduced the 6 aspects of Health to a small tight-nit group. It has grown to in-person workshops and now we are moving to the digital age.
I am at the point in my life where I believe everyone can be successful and financially free. This is how I plan to give back and teach everything I can to everyone I can.
