Sleep

Put phone on other side of room and read a book before bed.

Sex

Take 10 deep breaths while massaging your chest/heart and be present with how that makes you feel!

Sports

Learn the rules of a sport you have never played and do 1 minute of activity when you wake up, increasing 1 minute each day!

Water

Take a photo drinking water and post it!

5 Mint Workout

Do an exercise while waiting throughout the day. Squats/pushups/farmer's walk. Take photo/video and post unique workout each day.

Sugar

Find 5 products throughout your life (in your pantry/fridge/local store) and write down the sugar content.

Stretching

10 deep breaths while stretching 6 directions. Learn a new stretch/yoga pose for the day.

Holistic

When you first wake up, 2 minutes of gratitude, 2 minutes visualization, complete first task.
